Gentle Yoga class. Yoga is a mind, body practice combining postures, breathing exercises and relaxation. With regular practice yoga will help to restore flexibility, strength and stamina. Five week class reduced rate of $5.00 per class must register and commit to all classes. Can pay per class or for all 5 at first class. Please wear comfy clothes that allow movement and bring a mat.
Michelle Harris is a certified Yoga instructor, certified in Hatha Yoga. Michelle trained under Dr. Paul Jerad from Aura Wellness Center with additional instruction from Gina DuBois of Hidden Haven Yoga.
