Chair fitness class is a great way to start an exercise routine that is tailored to your abilities.   Incorporating physical activity can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases, increase life expectancy, and help preserve the ability to perform daily activities, such as cooking and cleaning.  Our class offers an accessible exercise option to increase your strength, cardiovascular health, and mobility.  It’s never too late to benefit from beginning an exercise program!
